Moscato Popsicles

There is a time and a place for cool, fancy food, and then there is a time and a place for eating things where the only thing keeping them from being totally trashy is that they are cute.

Today we are eating moscato popsicles. It's like combining the favorite interests of my drunk aunts and my hyperactive nephews (love you guys!) They are super easy, and yes, if you eat enough of them, you will get drunk.

Moscato Popsicles (makes three)
Six strawberries or two kiwis
One tablespoon of honey
1/2 cup of moscato

In a blender, whip together fruit, honey and moscato until it reaches smoothie consistency, then pour it into popsicle molds! I made the kiwi ones first, then the strawberry ones and the combo was enough to fill a cute little popsicle mold I got for a buck from Ikea.

It looks like the wine froze separately from all of the fruit, but the whole popsicle tastes the same, so I don't know why all the kiwi seeds are hangin by themselves like those kids that listen to the Smiths a lot.

Now go enjoy the rest of summer with your boozy popsicles, like the grown up you always thought you'd be.
